What is dim sum?

Dim sum is a diverse range of small dishes that are typically served as brunch items. At Lam’s Garden, we typically serve steamed dishes such as pork and shrimp dumplings (shumai 烧卖) and long flat noodles (changfen 肠粉), fried/baked dishes such as BBQ Pork Buns and Pineapple Buns, and seasonal “Manager’s Special” dishes.

Dim sum is wonderful for trying a variety of dishes and great for sharing. If you’re unsure what the dishes are, feel free to ask!

When is dim sum served?

Our dim sum is available every day of the week. On Saturday and Sundays, we bring out the steam carts for our lunch service with menu service still available during this time. During the weekdays, our dim sum is available a la carte. Just ask for a dim sum menu!

We also serve dim sum during holiday brunches (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day).

We seat on a first-come, first-served basis and our peak times are usually from 12-2PM.
